Welcome to RIT Tech Crew's student run website. Here you can find, among other things, our online equipment inventory and photo gallery.

RIT Tech Crew is a paid production department whose staff is comprised entirely of student employees managed by two RIT staff members. Tech Crew's parent department is the Center for Campus Life; its primary mission is to support on-campus student activities. Our services also extend to support the production needs of the entire RIT community providing lighting, sound, staging, and power distribution for special events ranging from dance parties, to lectures, to rock concerts, to commencement.

Our primary venue is the Ingle Auditorium found in Building 4, the Student Alumni Union; however, we can be seen throughout the year supporting production needs in various campus facilities including, but certainly not limited to, the Gordon Field House and Activities Center.

Tech Crew employs about 50 students during the school year and owns various professional production equipment. Additionally, Tech Crew works closely with local outside production companies subcontracted to work on campus.
